University of Twente

The University of Twente is a public technical university located in Enschede, Netherlands. The UT collaborates with Delft University of Technology, Eindhoven University of Technology and the Wageningen University and Research Centre under the umbrella of 4TU and is also a partner in the European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU).

The university has been placed in the top 400 universities in the world by multiple major ranking tables.

DSM

Koninklijke DSM N.V. (Royal DSM, commonly known as DSM), is a Dutch multinational corporation active in the fields of health, nutrition, and materials. Headquartered in Heerlen, at the end of 2017 DSM employed 21,054 people in approximately 50 countries and posted net sales of €8.632 billion.

Stantec

Stantec Inc. is an international professional services company in the design and consulting industry. Founded in 1954, as D. R. Stanley Associates in Edmonton, Alberta. Stantec provides professional consulting services in planning, engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, project management, and project economics for infrastructure and facilities projects. The Company provides services on projects around the world through over 22,000 employees operating out of more than 350 locations in North America and across offices in 6 continents internationally.

Kraft Heinz, is an American food company formed by the merger of Kraft Foods and Heinz. Co-headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kraft Heinz is the third-largest food and beverage company in North America and the fifth-largest in the world with over $26.0 billion in annual sales as of 2020.

Microsoft

Microsoft Corporation is an American multinational technology company that produces computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and related services. Microsoft ranked No. 21 in the 2020 Fortune 500 rankings of the largest United States corporations by total revenue;[3] it was the world’s largest software maker by revenue as of 2016.

De Nederlandsche Bank

De Nederlandsche Bank NV (DNB) is the central bank of the Netherlands. Founded by King William I in 1814, it is part of the European System of Central Banks (ESCB). De Nederlandsche Bank is a public limited company whose everyday policy is overseen by the Governing Board.

KONE

Founded in 1910 and headquartered in Espoo near Helsinki, Finland, Kone is an international engineering and service company employing some 55,000 personnel across 60 countries worldwide. The company provides local services for builders, developers, building owners, designers, and architects in 1,000 offices in over 50 countries.

LEGO

A privately held company based in Billund, Denmark. The company’s flagship product, Lego, consists of variously coloured interlocking plastic bricks accompanying an array of gears, figurines called minifigures, and various other parts. Lego pieces can be assembled and connected in many ways to construct objects, including vehicles, buildings, and working robots. Anything constructed can be taken apart again, and the pieces reused to make new things.[3][4]

The Lego Group began manufacturing the interlocking toy bricks in 1949. Movies, games, competitions, and eight Legoland amusement parks have been developed under the brand. As of July 2015, 600 billion Lego parts had been produced.

Lenovo has operations in over 60 countries and sells its products in around 180 countries. It has research centers in Beijing, Chengdu, Yamato (Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan), Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Morrisville (USA). Lenovo was founded in Beijing in November 1984 as Legend, and was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1988. Lenovo entered the smartphone market in 2012 and as of 2014 was the largest vendor of smartphones in mainland China.

NIKE

An American multinational corporation that is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing and sales of footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories, and services. The company is headquartered near Beaverton, Oregon, in the Portland metropolitan area. It is the world’s largest supplier of athletic shoes and apparel and a major manufacturer of sports equipment, with revenue in excess of US$37.4 billion in its fiscal year 2020. As of 2020, it employed 76,700 people worldwide.

MAERSK

A Danish integrated shipping company, active in ocean and inland freight transportation and associated services, such as supply chain management and port operation. Maersk has been the largest container shipping line and vessel operator in the world since 1996. The company is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with subsidiaries and offices across 130 countries and around 83,000 employees worldwide in 2020.

A European multinational online food-delivery service based in Berlin, Germany. The company operates in 40+ countries internationally in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East and partners with 500,000+ restaurants. Delivery Hero has increasingly branched out beyond food delivery and is a leading player in the emerging category of quick commerce, which delivers small batch orders in under an hour.

Upfield

A global company owning multiple brands of margarine, food spreads, and plant-based foods, including Flora and Blue Band. It is the largest plant-based consumer packaged goods company in the world, operating in 95 countries. Upfield was spun off from Unilever and purchased by investment firm KKR in 2018 for $8.04 billion.

PVH

An American clothing company which owns brands such as Van Heusen, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, IZOD, Arrow, Warner’s, Olga, True & Co., and Geoffrey Beene. The company also licenses brands such as Kenneth Cole New York and Michael Kors. As of April 2014, globally, PVH had over 120,000 employees and was positioned in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Mongolia, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, and Honduras.

Harvey Nash Group

A global recruitment consultancy and IT outsourcing service provider. The company operates from 40 offices, covering the United States, Europe, and Asia, and is a constituent of the FTSE SmallCap Index. Harvey Nash delivers executive search and leadership consulting services at the director, vice president, general management and board levels.

Swarovski

An Austrian producer of glass headquartered in Wattens, Austria.

The Swarovski Crystal Business is one of the highest-grossing business units within Swarovski, with a global reach of approximately 3,000 stores in roughly 170 countries, more than 29,000 employees, and a revenue of about 2.7 billion euros (in 2018).
